Try reinstalling the driver or using a different video card.When I go to the Settings, Systems, Display: when I hit Detect, it says “Didn’t detect another display.” Because of that, I can’t select the Extended option.I am wondering if the Windows 10 installation was problematic. Someone else in my office has the same laptop and she can connect to my external monitor with no problem. Is there a way to re-run the installation to fix any problems?Eddie.
